ABOUT us
Storm Futsal is Logan City's only FQ affiliated futsal club giving them access to the highest quality competitions and coaches in Queensland. Our mission is to develop and nurture the next generation of futsal players in a fun yet competitive environment across our different training programs. We offer the highest level of coaching and support whether players are at gameday, in a school program session, or at our Academy trainings.
Technical Director Dane Winter started his futsal journey at Kimberley Park State School at 10 years old falling in love with the game. Dane has since gone on to represent the state and nation through the Australian Futsal Association and currently plays at the highest level in SEQ (F-League) for South Brisbane Fury Futsal Club. Dane's coaching journey has taken him from schools, clubs, and academies, to the likes of professional football club Brisbane Roar FC.

PROGRAMS
School Futsal Programs
Currently offering futsal training programs at 3 schools, Kimberley Park State School, Chatswood Hills State School, and Mt Gravatt East State School.
Private Sessions - 1on1 and small group training
Offering your child the most personal and effective training method there is, 1on1 and small group training at Storm Futsal will take your child to the next level.
Academy
Academy training sessions held every Saturday afternoon from 2:00pm - 5:00pm (depending on age group) at Shailer Park State High School. The Academy curriculum develops and pushes your player further than ever before, whether they are a beginner or experienced, our coaches will take them to the next level with their unwavering support and guidance.

FQ Academy League 2 runs from the 5th of October to the 30th of November, 2 games played each fortnight.
We will be entering teams from U8s - U16s
Gold Coast International runs from the 13th - 18th January 2025
We will be entering teams from U8s - U16s

Grip Star are a world leading grip sock brand worn by professional futsal and football players all over the world such as Kyah Simon (Australian Matildas) and Sergio Busquets (former Barcelona and current Inter Miami player). Athletes from other codes also use grip star socks such as Reece Walsh (Brisbane Broncos and Queensland Maroons) and Xavier Coates (Melbourne Storm and Queensland Maroons).
